Bagiku mencaci-maki-sumpah serapahi-sweeping negara lain (berikut semua warga negaranya) bukan cara seorang ‘Warga Indonesia Cinta Damai yang Mencintai Negaranya’. Ini bukan seorang nasionalis yang cerdas. Kalo ini mah, siapa aja yang online di komputer, atau sedang ngumpul2 sama geng-nya (mentalitas berkelompok) juga bisa, mam…apalagi preman pasar pengangguran…oooh, paling jago diajak beginian.

Aku respect banget sama opinimu di atas, dan akan lebih respect lagi apabila kamu bersedia berbagi denganku, menceritakan pengalamanmu pribadi yang menunjukkan dirimu adalah seorang nasionalis negeri ini. Apa hal signifikan yang udah pernah kamu lakukan bagi negeri kita tercinta ini?

Last Nite Concert at Twice was awesome… jumbo thanks buat yang udah hadir dan support. Special thanks for: Bands, Twice Bar, Noize Distro, Bali Grungers,….and happy bday for Mr.Blackdog Taylor…yg ngerayainnya di Twice by joinning a blues jam session!

I couldn’t agree more with you about those you said up there.
But please be attentive, I am not accusing the Malaysian in general.
I am addressing their government, their administrative, or some of those individuals who produced the commercials intentionally using Indonesian dances/cultures.
This has to be addressed between administrative officials and citizens.

and I’m not close minded, I’m not saying if it is any importance whether anyone who wrote this post or made this concert is Balinese, Indonesian, Malaysian or from Mars.
I never said anything like that, except I did guess that Robi (who wrote the post) was perhaps not a Balinese, nor know anything at all about Balinese culture.
But it was proven wrong. Robi is a Balinese. and I respect that.
So Robi probably cares to this issue in his own way.

What I do not completely in groove with you is that you put this issue up front for promoting your concert, which I personally find not co-related at all.
This is an example; What Fat Mike (from NOFX) did when he organized ‘Anti Bush Administration’ concerts was a real deal, real reason.
I came to couple of those concerts’ dates. There were speeches, and booths where you could get information why you should stick together to say No to Bush.
I was there, and I saw young people united together to say F word to Bush Administration. and it was succeeded. Obama makes the change.
I’m not making comparison, or maybe I am, ~ but hopefully tomorrow’s concert will not just be a gatherings of hypocrites whose only concern that day was how to perform well and rock the stage, but pretend that they cares so much about the issue.
Awareness will surely be raised, with all the blaring sounds, but I hope real messages and real ‘instructions’ will be delivered on how you can avoid the unnecessary disputes between the two nations, if you say this is unnecessary.

As you can see I am very much involved in appreciating the culture by learning and performing the dance.
Performing on your rock stage tomorrow will be a ruin for your show.
It will be a misfit. Be realistic.
I’m here as a friend.
